Seeking justice, we are bringing a priest sexual abuse case against the Buffalo Diocese for covering up for a known abuser, in regards to former Associate Pastor James A Spielman while at St. Aloysius Church in Springville, NY. This is not the first survivor of Spielman’s predatory sexual abuse that we have represented at the same time exposing the Diocese of Buffalo pattern of moving the perpetrator from school to school and church to church. Survivors deserve justice.
